Using Solo Advertising Along With Plug Into Prospect Lead Capture Software To Build Your Subscriber List!
People always ask me what advertising techniques do I use to assist me in building my opt-in subscriber list? One of my favorite techniques is to use Solo Advertising to help build my list. The easiest way to describe what Solo Advertising is would be this. “You rent someone else’s subscriber list so you can send your email to that list.” That is right, there are companies out there that will rent their list to you, mainly because you don’t have your own list yet. You see, all you are doing with Solo Advertising is renting someone else’s list. How does this work? Well, you find a Solo advertising company that you want to use, you then pay them a minimal fee and then they will send out your email to their list.
There are hundreds, even thousands of these Solo Advertising companies out there. Some are better than others and there are different costs as well, I’ve seen solo ads that cost $5 and I’ve seen solo ads that cost $200. The cost of the solo ad usually is determined on the responsiveness of the list and the size of the list. Typically, the higher the cost the better results you will get, but this is not always the case. If you do a ZibZoom search for Solo Advertising you will find thousands of options. I generally use a couple rules of thumb when looking for a Solo Advertising company to use. I don’t spend more than $50 for one single email blast and I won’t wait longer than 3 days for my email to go out. Before you just start buying solo ads with a solo advertising company you never used before, you will want to send their customer support an email asking them how long before your email will be sent out to their list. If they don’t reply to you within 48 hours of you sending them your email, that is a red flag and I wouldn’t use them. I’ve purchased solo ads before to find out that they are not scheduled to go out for weeks or even months from the time I submitted them. Many solo ad companies will send out your ad the same day or in the next day or two, only use these companies....
The bottom line is Solo Advertising works and it’s affordable and rather simple to do. I am going to post a letter below that I use for Plug Into Prospects that really draws well. Keep in mind that you will want to use your own PIP affiliate link in your ad and even better, would be to use your PIP Lead Capture software so you capture the leads into your own personal auto responder. If you don’t know what I meant by this last statement, you will want to read the rest of this blog. Once you find a solo advertising company that you like, keep using them, you can even keep using the same letter. Just make sure to keep changing your Subject line. Remember, people open subject lines. One of the rules of thumb I use here would be, What would I open?
